We are now Kentucky Birth Coalition! Since 2012, we have operated under the name “Kentucky Home Birth Coalition” with the primary goal of licensure of Certified Professional Midwives in Kentucky. However, the individuals who make up our organization had always cared about birth in ALL settings. Our new name, Kentucky Birth Coalition, more accurately reflects that we are for everyone, regardless of your birth location (or even if you’ve never given birth).
