The Kentucky Home Birth Coalition is excited to announce our second online fundraising auction November 15 – 22, 2014. 
Proceeds from the online auction will provide a major funding source for our advocacy activities during the 2015 Kentucky legislative session. One of our major goals is to hire a lobbyist to assist in our efforts to pass legislation that would see Kentucky issue licenses to Certified Professional Midwives. Our 2013 auction was extremely successful and raised over $3,000.
As a supporter of birthing options, we are proud to invite you to take a leading role in this fundraiser by donating an item to be auctioned. Auction donation items can take a variety of forms from goods to services. Examples include: handmade goods; jewelry; gift certificates to a local business, restaurant, or for services; “birthy” items; baby gear; or whatever type of product you provide.

- Photos of item(s) to be donated
- Value of item(s) as well as the suggested starting bid
- Description of item (please include location if donating a gift certificate to a local business)
- Your contact info: name, phone number, email address
