Kentucky Home Birth Coalition found out today that SB85 will NOT have its Health & Welfare Committee Hearing tomorrow. We are not certain for sure when our hearing date will be, though there is a chance it will be next week. Keep an eye out for some important updates and action items!

While she remains very supportive of our bill, it was not 100% certain that our bill WILL be on the agenda for 2/10. We found out Tuesday that SB85 will NOT be heard on the 10th.
